Fourteen & Fifteen

Breakfast: Tea, tea and more tea both days.

Lunch: More tea. Day 14 -a egg salad sanwich on thin wheat bread. Day 15- tea.

Dinner: TEAS! Day 14- Soup. Day 15- Egg salad sanwich again.

I snaked in between the tea and the meals. I ate little things like three-four chocolate chips, wheat thins, and an occasional bagel thins with a slight smear of creamcheese. love cream cheese, anyone know if there is a lowfat/lowcal cream cheese substitute?
