Fourteen & Fifteen

Breakfast: Tea, tea and more tea both days.

Lunch: More tea. Day 14 -a egg salad sanwich on thin wheat bread. Day 15- tea.

Dinner: TEAS! Day 14- Soup. Day 15- Egg salad sanwich again.

I snaked in between the tea and the meals. I ate little things like three-four chocolate chips, wheat thins, and an occasional bagel thins with a slight smear of creamcheese. love cream cheese, anyone know if there is a lowfat/lowcal cream cheese substitute?

Random Babble

[begin rant]
I've always thought my eating habits were unusual. I used to be able to eat anything and a lot of it. But once I discovered caffiene, that changed everything. I started taking diet pills in highschool. I stole them from my mother. She was taking Lipozene; which I now believe is banned from sale within California. I would take them and miraculously my hunger pangs went away. At the time I wasnt taking them to lose weight, or to eat less. I was taking them to stop my stomach from growling. Now I know that I couldve just taken Tums or some other anti-acid but I was young. Once I left my first highschool I went to a adult edjucation center for teens and young adults where I continued on and off with taking OTC diet supplements. Be it drinks, mixes, teas, shakes, I liked it all. Because it wasnt a diet. I was just figuring out how to not eat because in my life, eating took way to much time and I had shit to get done. I dropped out of school on my 18th birthday, thank you freedom. And I began living on my own in various places. Boyfriends houses, friends houses...hell, I even stayed at people houses who dispised me and I them. It was a great time. I started using heavier drugs, like cocaine and meth- which, as most people know, slow down (if not completely oblitorate) the appettite. So I didnt need food, the taste if it was - nothing. It just tasted like different types of mush in my mouth. I couldnt add enough salt or sugar or anything to make food seem apeasing to my drug induced mind. My stomach began to shrink as my wasteline did. I continued doing cocaine and herion for two years. loving every minute except the one where I decided to quit them. I havent been able to eat the same since those two barged into my life. Now I just restrict calories, desperately wanting to control some sort of aspect of my life. God damn it.

Eleven, Twelve & 13

Lucky number thirteen, I once skipped school on a friday to go to Magic Mountain just because the date happened to be the thirteenth. Brilliant, I tell you.

Breakfast: Bonkers Tea. Sipped on throughout my entire day.

Lunch: On the 12th & 13th I had a bagel (thinly-sliced bagel) with lite cream cheese subsitute.

Dinner: Either soup or an egg salad sanwiche on the sandwich thins.

And of course wheat thins are thrown in there are a snack. Nom Nom.

Eight, Nine & Ten

Breakfast for six seven eight: Bonkers Tea.
(On the seventh day I had a yummy hard-boiled egg with my tea.)

Lunch: More tea. Maybe a sandwiche.

Dinner: On day six - soup, half a cup. On day seven - bowl of ramen. On day eight, I had a sandwich.

I dont even know what today is damn it.

It was 420 so I smoked a lot. I also ate a lot.

Breakfast: Tea - nibbled on a protien plate from starbucks

Lunch: 1/4 chicken pot pie and sweet kernal corn.

Dinner: egg sandwich and two hash browns!

Lunch: More Tea.

Dinner: Tortilla Soup - 250 cal + Reduced Fat Wheat Thins and more TEA!

I also had a few m&ms. which I quickly hated myself for eating. Love chocolate as much as I hate myself.

Dinner: Minestrone Soup & whole grain Crackers. More tea.

Bleeehhhhhkkkkk. I also had a bite of pizza but then threw it away. Almost made me sick.

So I am considering this. Seeing as it miiight help me GAIN weight because it is a set limit of calories I must consume daily. I dont know. I always like something new. I think I am doing it. I will see how I feel about it tomorrow.

Second Day

Again, its just the way I eat.

Breakfast: ginger peach tea. four cups with splenda. 0
Trivia- Did you know that breakfast is called so because your body goes into a fasting mode once you go to sleep and in the morning you 'break' that 'fast' by consuming the first days meal. so technically lunch can be your breakfast or even dinner if you eat like me.

Lunch: Half a slice of pizza and some reduced fat Wheat Thins.
(I really wanted more, but half way through the first peice I just felt sick. I am assuming that the heaviness of the cheese and dough was a bit too much for my smaller then normal stomach. More trivia - did you know that youre stomach is capable of expanding to fit more food or shrink during fasting.)

Dinner: Two handfuls of R-F Wheat Thins.


Total Intake: under 500 calories.

First Day

I am not trying to restrict my calorie intake. This is just the way I eat.
Today was special.

Breakfast: Tea

Lunch: two bean burritos (just beans & red sauce)
And a peach tea flavored water.

Dinner: More tea, and one m&m.
Damn it. I almost made myself a sandwich then forgot about it completely. I want my damn sandwiche!

Total intake: less then 500 calories.
