Fourth Day

Breakfast: Ginger Peach & Madarin Mango Tea.

Lunch: Wheat Thins. Regular fat!!! More tea.

Dinner: Minestrone Soup & whole grain Crackers. More tea.

Bleeehhhhhkkkkk. I also had a bite of pizza but then threw it away. Almost made me sick.
